📢 Important Update for Our Clients

Beginning Wednesday, July 22, Animal Medical Clinic will be transitioning to a new practice management software system.

We kindly ask for your patience, understanding, and kindness as our team works through this exciting change. We know your time is valuable, and while we're doing everything we can to keep appointments running smoothly, you may notice temporarily longer check-in and check-out times during the first few weeks.

Our entire team has spent the last month training on this new system—all while continuing to provide the compassionate care your pets deserve every single day. 💙

A few things to expect during your visit:
🐾 We will need to scan or verify your driver's license again, even if you've previously provided it.
🐾 If you had a credit card saved on file, we'll need to securely collect that information again.
🐾 Please allow a little extra time for your appointment as we learn and adjust to our new workflow.

The good news? All of your pet's medical records have been successfully migrated, so your pet's history will be ready and waiting for us.

Thank you for supporting our team through this transition. Your patience, encouragement, and kindness mean more than you know, and we're excited for the improvements this new system will bring to better serve you and your pets for years to come. ❤️🐾
