Collin county animal shelter is currently short on fosters and have a full house. Fostering is very rewarding. Believe it or not I never thought I could foster, but it is great to get a dog out of the shelter for a bit and try to help find him a home. If you can help out, please open your home and hearts to the dogs and cats at Collin County shelter. The shelter can only do so much.🥹 If you’re not in this area, try your local rescues and shelters. They are all overwhelmed right now. Thank you for any help u can give these babies.

A good friend has a cat at her home who just had kittens and the mother is not taking care of them and they are going to die if she doesn’t find some help. This is a stray cat. She has called several rescues and shelters and nobody will help her. Any suggestions?

I just read another sad story of a Dog Trainer and his wife being arrested for killing at least 10 dogs. This one is in California, but guys they are everywhere. Please be careful. Research the heck out of your Dog Trainer before hiring them. Dog training (any animal training) should be fun for the human and for the dog. I hate that I’m not training anymore, but I do have a website list of DFW force free positive reinforcement trainers if you need it. Don’t let anyone tell you that if your dog is aggressive, they have to hurt it or intimidate it or scare it to fix the problem. That is not true. I trained for 18 years with every case imaginable and never ever have i hurt a dog. Research and ask questions just like you would for daycare. Love your fur babies - you are their voice🥰
