Hi, folks. Our business is looking for licensed and insured subcontractors interested in steady work consistently. We prefer to hire smaller companies looking for a break and to build a solid business relationship with, but we are not opposed to larger companies. We are currently building our roster for multiple house flips in the Jacksonville, FL area. If we like your work, we plan to continue using you as new projects open, which will be often. Must be able to complete the job in a timely manner. Must bid worst case scenario in most situations. We are looking for the following trades: HVAC, ROOFING, MAJOR PLUMBING, PEST CONTROL, STRUCTURAL ENGINEER, ELECTRICAL, WELL/PUMP PERSON, SEPTIC. Empire Property Solutions of North Florida is now hiring!

We are currently looking for a part-time/temp employee with the possibility of full time based on performance. The ideal candidate has basic knowledge of construction, knows how to use a tape measure, and is able to communicate effectively. Experience is not required, but a willingness to learn must be present. Pay is comprable to experience and is negotiable. We are currently based in Florahome but perform work all over North Florida. Projects range from remodels to painting to lawn services, so any special skills are useful!

We are happy to have you ride with the crew or drive your own vehicle to jobs, whatever your preference!

Happy ! (We really think there should be autism acceptance every day!😉)

This is our special helper, Zaiden, who helped build the donation boxes for Twisted Oaks Rescue. Zaiden is 7 years old, has ASD, and is such an awesome little dude. He loves helping his dad with measuring, marking, and cutting the boards. He is the reason Empire exists today!

Last weekend, we had the pleasure of building six collection boxes for Twisted Oaks Rescue out of repurposed wood and pallets. These collection boxes will be located throughout Starke starting April 1st (tomorrow) and continuing through April 16th. They will be accepting pet food donations of any size for their scheduled community pet food distribution event on April 25th, 1 to 3PM.
