Background... BB is this family's first pet. After months of begging, Tristan's mother agreed to allow him to have a dog; but being a single mom of 4 with limited income, the deal is that Tristan is 100% responsible for Big Boy and his expenses.
Over the last 4 months, Tristan has been cutting grass in his neighborhood to provide for BB. Tristan buys his food, toys, and treats. Tristan takes him for daily walks and he even made sure that BB received all his puppy shots.
Big Boy is almost 7 months old now. Tristan wants to get him neutered and microchipped. He has been trying to save up for it, but last week it became urgent. A neighbor has 2 female dogs that he refuses to spay and it's driving Big Boy crazy. He's anxious all the time, cries & wines all day, doesn't want to play, barely interested in food, and is overall miserable because of the unaltered girlies next door.

We love the responsibility that Tristan has shown so far with Big Boy. When we talked to his mom, we found out that Tristan is also an A-B student who wants to be a veterinarian when he grows up! What an inspiring young man! Keep up the good work Tristan! Now.... Let's show him some love!
