Mutt Island has an immediate opening for a Dog Daycare Attendant to join our team!

We are looking for a dog passionate person who can work hard and play hard too. We hire dedicated, dependable, motivated and punctual people who have a high attention to detail, EXCELLENT communication skills and LOVE DOGS!
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
PET SAFETY IS OUR NUMBER ONE PRIORITY!

Providing the highest quality care for each dog to ensure their safety and happiness.
Supervise dogs constantly and diligently while they play. Have basic knowledge of dog body language and behavior. Ensure clean, fresh water is available to all dogs at all times. Feeding and medicating dogs as instructed.
Continuous daily cleaning to provide a safe & clean play environment at all times. This includes scooping p**p, mopping, disinfecting and sanitizing and laundry throughout the day everyday.

Desire to provide the absolute BEST experience to our guests and their owners. Must be comfortable communicating with customers daily in a friendly and confident manner and bathing & brushing dogs upon request.

The ability to work independently as well as in a team atmosphere.
All jobs at Mutt Island require quite a bit of janitorial duties. We keep our facility spotless and smelling clean. While we have fun with what we do, there is no question it is hard work. You must be ok with getting dirty. This is a very physical job with standing and walking for most of the day. You must have the ability to comfortably lift 50 pounds.

*AVAILABILITY: Must be available for early shifts, starting at 5:30am. Must be available for weekends and holidays*
