Hillcrest Family, we want to make all of our clients aware that our internet is currently down, which means we do not have access to our practice management software. This system holds all patient medical histories, vaccination records, allergy information, and prescription details.
Because of this:
• We ARE still able to see sick or urgent care patients.
• We cannot administer vaccines at this time since we cannot safely verify vaccine histories, due dates, or potential allergies.
• Prescription refills may be delayed as we cannot access your pet’s medication records.
• Appointment scheduling, billing, and access to medical records are also impacted.
We are doing our absolute best to continue to care for your pets during this downtime, and we appreciate your understanding and patience as we work through these limitations. 💙🐾
