Updated Cancellation Policy:

Due to an increase in no-shows and last-minute cancellations, we have updated our cancellation policy. As we work by appointment, it is essential that clients arrive on time or notify us of any changes as soon as possible.

When an appointment is missed without notice, it results in lost income for your groomer, who has reserved that time specifically for your pet. Additionally, one of our groomers has to travel a significant distance—up to 45 minutes—this also means unnecessary travel expenses for her.

We understand that emergencies happen, and we will always do our best to accommodate unforeseen circumstances. However, we kindly ask that you respect your groomer's time by making any necessary changes to your appointment in a timely manner.
