Hi everyone! Just a little update on my cancellation policy. I’ve been very understanding & accommodating when it comes to cancellations/reschedules, but I’ve been getting them more often so it’s left me with no choice but to implement a stricter cancellation policy. My calendar is filled for at least 2 weeks out & when I get day of or day before cancellations, it leaves me with little to no time to find another client to book your spot. Therefore, any reschedules/cancellations with less than 24 hours notice, will be required to pay half of the service you were booked for. I hope you all understand that this is my bread & butter, not a side gig, so I depend on your appointments to pay my bills.
It’s not often that I’m not understanding that life happens & things come up, but I typically send confirmations out the Friday or Sunday before your appointments which gives you plenty of time to let me know if you won’t be able to make it.
