Good morning. It is hard to believe another year has almost come and gone.

We have met so many new friends, thank you for trusting us with your fur kids medical needs.

We have so many wonderful clients that have been coming in for years, it is an honor to be part of your pets medical team.

Thank you to the clients that give us warm smiles and words of encouragement. For those of you, that noticed when we were having a particularly rough day, thank you for being so kind. We have been spoiled with sweet treats and even complete meals, from some pretty fantastic people. Your kindness and generosities, have not gone unnoticed.

This time of year, some team members may enjoy some time off to be with their loved ones and fur kids. Taking time off helps us recharge our batteries.

Please remember to call ahead for refills of medication so that you do not run out over weekends and holidays.

Dr. Hornick and her beautiful dog Felix will be in Florida competing again this year. We wish her the best of luck!

The office will be closed on 12-13-24. Metropolitan in Highland Heights (440-673-3483) can assist you with your pets emergency medical needs. Family companion(440-413-5414) is also available for daytime urgent care.

Is your dog wearing his collar? Is the information on the tags up to date? If your best friend gets too excited and decides to go trick or treating by themselves, up to date tags and a microchip is a great way to get your little Goblin back home!

Good Morning. The office will be closed this weekend (Sat-Mon), so that the staff can enjoy their Labor Day Weekend with loved ones. We will reopen on Tuesday September 3rd.

Good morning. The office is open today. We have quite the stack of emails and faxes that need attention today.

I am sure our phones will be incredibly busy, please have patience as we work through the backlog, created by the recent power outage.

Good morning. Our office does it's best to stay open according to our normal hours of operation, occasionally that is beyond our control.

The office will be closed on Friday August 2nd., if you need to pick up medications or food we will be open normal business hours on Thursday August 1st and Saturday August 3rd.

If you have a concern with any of your pets on Friday, please call the local urgent care Family companion at 440-413-5414 or Metropolitan 440-673-3483.

Only a few more days left to donate!

For the month of July we will have a box in our lobby for Cardinal closet. Cardinal closet is located in Garfield Elementary School.

Open to all students in the Mentor school district, including their families.

If you would like to help fill the closet for the kids before they go back to school, drop off your donations during our normal business hours.

The 4th is just around the corner, but we all know the celebrating has already begun.

Please make sure your besties are wearing up to date contact information on their collars. Don't have tags?? You could even use a sharpie to clearly mark your phone number, but the local pet stores can get you a new tag asap!

Personally I like to leave mine at home, in the A/C, with their favorite TV shows on with the sound turned up a notch.

Do you have cat besties? Surely, they can enjoy the comforts of staying inside for a few days, snuggled on their favorite chair!
