The snow is flying! and it's time to report our 1st trail Report of the 2024 - 2025 Season!

Mercer Sno-Goers: as of 12.9
All of our trails have been rolled and groomed. After today we will reinspect trails after the warm spell and update conditions. Forecast looks to be cold and snowy so keep doing those snow dances going! Reminder that our trails still remain closed at this time.

MECCA Trails: as of 12.6
The MECCA Ski and Snowshoe Trails recently received approximately six to seven inches of lake effect snow. Groomers are currently rolling this first of the season measurable snowfall. There is not sufficient snow to set track. Skiing is very marginal; for those of you needing a skiing fix, rock skis are recommended.

Registration for our Winterfest events is now open!

Winman Trails:
SKI: Another 1.5 inches fell overnight. The team will be out grooming again this morning, compacting both the skate lanes and tracks with the new snow. By Wednesday afternoon, conditions should be good.

Forecasts do not call for much more accumulation. Given temperatures below 0 degrees tomorrow, we will not groom on Thursday. Grooming in temperatures that low is not ideal as the snow is too hard to work with. We will plan to groom again Friday in preparation for the weekend.

FAT BIKE: Trails will be groomed today and should set-up really well. The about a total of 3 inches, in top of a a firm base, we anticipate conditions being very good Thursday and into the weekend.

SNOWSHOE: Snowshoe trails are open and we are requiring snowshoes if you choose to venture out.

It was a fun day today at the Great Northern Fall Pool Tournament. Congratulations to Mike Fontecchio of Hurley on taking home the trophy. Thanks to everyone who came out today! Mark your calendar, the spring tournament will be April 12th.

Reminder tomorrow (Saturday, November 2nd) is our fall pool tournament. $25 to register, guaranteeing at least $400 to first place, NO PREREGISTRATION, stop in tonight register between 9 and 10am, if our new bracket app is working we should be starting shortly after 10am. Double Elimination, race to 3 in the winners bracket, losers bracket format will depend on number of participants.
