Snuck in a walk this afternoon now that it's finally below 90!
Playing outside, all the time!
Kaladin and Canela play all day long! I have to sneak a video because they'll always stop and come say hi if I walk over there.
Kaladin getting his daily bath! ๐ He's a true lab and loves water!
Every once in a while, Pascha gets the zoomies! They were stopping just as I started videoing (of course!) but he can get a bunch of dogs chasing him when he goes. That's what happens when you have a house full of herders!
These two! It's great having two foster puppies instead of just one. They play ALL day long!
Zoey's herding breed tendencies are definitely strong! She's chewing on Haze's leg to get him to play, and the way he just lets her do it and doesn't seem to know what to do about it cracks me up ๐ it did eventually work!
Play hard and sleep hard! It's what happens around here!
Play time! Everyone loves chasing! Don't mind the boys in the trampoline off-screen talking about farting ๐
Tessie and Zoey do laps around the house all the time! Addie is starting to get into it, also. I swear we're going to have a track worn into our carpets!
Enjoying the evenings outside! Addie and Ava still haven't quite figured out how to play but they're definitely watching!
Bryant and the puppies play ALL DAY LONG! Bailey was already tired a bit in this video but chasing circles is the thing to do!
Play time in the yard! Lilly also joined us this morning and is playing hard!
The minefield of sleeping dogs at the end of the night ๐ and a bonus cat!
Having fun in the sun! Everyone came out for the sun, some came out for the play time!
Blue loves to be chased and Zuri and Charlie are happy to do the chasing
This week is Idaho Gives. Idaho Gives week is so important because it is a powerful event that supports local communities and organizations. Idaho Gives unites Idaho by creating awareness and support for organizations that are doing amazing things in our communities. It's a week that most non-profits rely on to fund so many of their extra projects. I work closely with many cat and dog rescues organizations, mostly fostering but also doing some transport and medical care.
Lake Lowell Animal Rescue and Freedom Bound Hounds are the two dog rescues I work most commonly with but did you also know I foster kittens? I specialize in bottle babies and typically do about 20-30 each summer. For kittens, I work closely with Conrad Strays. Lately, we have been assisting a lady up in Horseshoe Bend who is trying to care for all the cats dumped in her trailer park. We have been able to pull multiple adult cats and get them vetted and adopted. Last month I went up there and took 3 senior kitties who needed dentals with expensive extractions. I'm asking all of you to help support Conrad Strays in their efforts with these cats and donate if you are able! (video of my current foster!)

Brodie loves to get everyone to chase him!
Zuri and Charlie literally spend all day playing together. They both wanted this toy, though, and Charlie told her off when she stole it! I'll let them communicate like this, as long as it doesn't escalate and both dogs respect the communication. This was a great example of Charlie fighting for his toy and Zuri respecting him.
Charlie doesn't care if the others won't chase him, he'll just keep running laps on his own! Kevin and Zuri have the best idea, just wait for him to come around and expend less energy. They did this for a long time!
