Wed-Saturday 9am-5pm (4 days on 3 days off) $13 per hr+tips.
Join our team of dog lovers and work at Doggie Day Spa. We are looking for an extremely motivated, personable 'Client Service Representative" who is a team player who can coordinate appointments for our customers to schedule with our 4 groomers and bather for services (grooming, spa baths) and guide customers who come in for self washes.

Must be okay with barking dogs, loud dryers and ringing phones, and keeping things clean and stocked, our shop can get quite busy at times.

The ideal candidate would be professional in appearance, articulate, calm under pressure and posses a genuine compassion for pets and people.

Customer service functions, including: greeting visitors, answering telephones, and guiding clients and their pets.
Scheduling and confirming appointments
Placing outbound calls for follow-ups and reaching out to prospective clients
Presenting and explaining fees, including processing payments
Answering questions regarding services, including educating clients
ensuring that facility is neat and clean at all times.

This is a video shared with us by one of our groomers Jamilee. Just like people dogs have different dispositions and personalities, and moods on certain days. Some dogs are more challenging than others to groom. This will give you an idea of "a day in the life of our groomers" here at DDS. It is a skilled trade, and our groomers are amazing ladies.
