We will be closed December 20th to January 5th to spend time with our families for the holidays. Any messages left at the salon during this time, will not receive a response. Please reach back out to us starting January 6th for all scheduling needs.

We also want to thank all of you for the love, gifts and support this year. You all are truly amazing and we love our little fur babies.

Good evening everyone! Holidays are coming quick so make sure to schedule your fur babies before we are completely booked.

If you call and we do not answer right away, please leave us a message and we will return calls by the end of our day or first thing the next morning.

Any voicemails or Facebook messages left Friday through Sunday may not get a response until Mondays as we are closed these days.

Also a friendly reminder: There is a $50 NO CALL-NO SHOW fee per pet added to the price of your pets regular grooming fee for appointments not kept or cancelled. (Effective since January 1, 2024)

We will be closed October 28 through November 1 for our Fall Break.

We will not be able to respond to messenger or return any voicemails until November 4th when we get back to salon.

Announcement: We are closed today. Upon arriving at the salon this morning, we noticed we had no water. Found out a water main was broken along 231/431 around Countess and Bob Wade.
Just in case, if you are a client and seeing this message, please call before arriving tomorrow morning just in case we are still down.

Good evening everyone! Sorry for a late post. We have been receiving messages in Messenger about appointment request dates and times. We don’t know how that was activated or why. It also can not be deactivated per Facebook.
With that being said….please just send a message if it will let you, without selecting date and time. This is causing scheduling errors as we may not have the date and time you are requesting.

We will be closed from July 1st through July 5th for vacation. We will not have access to phones or appointment book during this time.

Ok everyone….we have no idea at this point, what is going on with the phones. Please be patient with us as we have tried to contact company to fix the issue. Most days it’s hit and miss. Please reach out to us via Facebook or Messenger if you need us.

Also keep in mind, while we love to hear from all of you, just not at 11:00 pm. LOL ideally between 6:30 am until 5:00 pm Monday through Thursday. We are closed Friday, Saturday and Sunday and we do not bring the appointment book home. So we may not respond until Monday morning the following week.

Once again….you guys rock and we wouldn’t be where we are today, if it weren’t for all of our awesome clients!

Unfortunately our phones are down at the salon/plaza. The only way to reach us is through Facebook or Messenger. Thank you for being patient and we will update when we are up and going. We are in the salon working, just have no phones.
