It is with a heavy heart that we are posting this. Christy and her crew are having to downsize our clientele.
Please, please. Don't take it personally. It has been heavy on our hearts and minds, and the decisions we are making of which clients to take with us and which we are referring out have not been easy to make. One of our beloved groomers and her family are moving back to their home state in Illinois. Along with their departure and our other groomers, Christy included, having various life-long health issues, we are having to size down the number of dogs we do every day. We are doing this so we can continue giving your dogs the best care and attention possible while keeping our bodies as healthy as we can.
We love our dogs and our clients. You are family to us. We pray for you when things are tough and rejoice with you when life is wonderful. We cry when your sweet dogs pass on and welcome new babies in with open arms. This has been truly difficult to do. If we have referred you to another groomer, please know we didn't want it to come to that. But depending on the types of groom, size of dog, and time and manpower it takes to groom them is how we as a crew have made the decisions. We love you all and it breaks our hearts knowing we don't get to see and love on every single one of our dogs we have groomed.
Please know that we are forever grateful for the love and support you all have shown us. If we were able to, we wouldn't let go of anyone. Good groomers are so hard to find and the crew we have now is one in a million. Downsizing has been the only option we can see that keeps us healthy and your pets cared for.
For those of you who will be staying with us, we will be sending screenshots of your appointments for the year.
Thank you for your time and thank you for your understanding during this difficult transition.
