Piglet has a question for you. Our new computer system automatically defaults getting reminders for exams/vaccines to text or email. We have to go in and select postcard reminders manually if that is your preference. What is your preference? Email, text, postcard or a combination? Please be kind to everyone out there, including the veterinarians and staff that work in the vet industry. It's really hard to hear horrible things told to you by someone who doesn't know you, and you don't know what they're going through in the background. Every year the 3rd week in October is dedicated to thanking our hard working Vet Tech’s and Vet Assistants. They are the backbone of our clinic and we would be lost without them.

Starting Monday October 7th, we will be using a new practice management system that will allow us to better serve our patients and clients. This new system will allow us to email and text directly from the program. You will receive text and email reminders for upcoming visits as well as when your pet is due for a visit with us. There is also a pet portal where you can access all of your pets information, get copies of their vaccine certificates, medical history, and request medication refills!!

This new program has a lot of benefits for both you as customers and our employees. But please bear with us over the next few weeks. It is a major change and will take us some time to learn how to use it and work out all the kinks.

Some people did receive a text message today letting them know about our new pet portal. This was not spam!! Save the number in your phone as an additional contact for our clinic as that is the number where your reminder texts will come from.
