Kulp Model Horse Store I (Tiki) make model horse harnesses, wagons, buggies, carts and wheels! I (Tiki) update this page. I took over the business from my Grandpa in October 2016.

I make all of the harnesses, the horse drawn vehicles, and run the business. I have been making harnesses since January 2012. I started making the horse drawn vehicles in Fall 2015.

I've been keeping a secret! I made this 1:9 Hitch Wagon last month. I thought it was going to be for sale at BreyerFest in July... but just before it was complete, someone reached out, wanting one, so I finished it for them, complete with custom decals. A great wedding anniversary gift if I say so myself!

For the very first time, I made 18 harnesses at once, beating my previous amount by 2. All for some very small horses that are barely 5" tall. I can honestly say making that many harnesses at once is not preferred. It's much nicer to make 2-10 at a time. But I will rise to the occasion if the need arises again! 16 of these harnesses will be shipped off to a customer. The other two harnesses are displayed on these belgians and are for sale!
