Kulp Model Horse Store I (Tiki) make model horse harnesses, wagons, buggies, carts and wheels! I (Tiki) update this page. I took over the business from my Grandpa in October 2016.

I make all of the harnesses, the horse drawn vehicles, and run the business. I have been making harnesses since January 2012. I started making the horse drawn vehicles in Fall 2015.

Breyerfest 2026 came and went just like that! I took a much needed break to spend quality time with family. I am now easing my way back into the business world. All of my model horses are unpacked and I took indivual pictures of each harness and vehicle I have available to sell. Stay tuned for the photo release including prices.

Day 2 of BreyerFest Midsummer Fair! I am offering TWO Special Run variations from BreyerFest 2025. These are part of a run of just 75 horses. These guys are RARE and have only had 1 owner. Smoke and pet free home. Come check them out at the covered arena in Lexington, Kentucky! I am here today and tomorrow.

I just finished up this 1 of a kind set up just in time to bring to BreyerFest! The harness has special red accents to match the wagon. The studs on the harness were all glued on indivually, as you can imagine that takes a little more time for a piece like this to come together. The whole set up including the wagon is under 12" long. I made the harness a few months ago, as well as most of the wagon. But just finished the final touches now.
