Chocolate 🍫: Tempting treat for humans, but toxic for dogs and cats — it can lead to vomiting, seizures, and even death.

🚨 Chocolate Awareness for Pet Owners! 🚨

Did you know chocolate is toxic to pets? 🍫❌ Whether it's a treat left unattended or a sneaky snack they grab, chocolate can be harmful to dogs, cats, and other animals.

Why is chocolate dangerous? Chocolate contains theobromine and caffeine, two substances that can cause serious health issues for pets, including:

•Vomiting🤢
•Rapid heart rate 💓
•Seizures 😨
•In extreme cases, even death 🐾

Signs of chocolate poisoning:

•Restlessness
•Excessive thirst
•Vomiting or diarrhea
•Tremors or seizures
If your pet eats chocolate, contact your vet immediately!

Remember:

Dark chocolate and baking chocolate are the most dangerous!
Keep all chocolate goodies out of reach!
Opt for pet-safe treats instead.
