Santa had his first visit today. Here are some of today’s cuties. Santa will be back next Tuesday 10th from 10-2.

I had Blake Hernandez, a world renowned groomer, come in to teach a seminar today at Couture Pawz. He did a demo on one of his dogs of Asian fusion and then we had an array of different types of doodles and many different types of cuts. Everyone had a fabulous learning experience and most importantly a fabulous time! Thank you for everything!

Competition day. My division got 2 hours for the grooming. I have been grooming for 20+ years and this was the most nerve-racking two hours of my life!!! The show grooming world is a completely different arena than pet grooming. I learned so much and got to watch some of the worlds best groomers. I stood in awe looking at common breeds that I see at the shop daily, but never in my life have physically seen up close and personal in show cuts i.e. cocker spaniels, bichons and standard poodles. A beautiful eye opener to a whole new world. Thank you to my mentor, world class groomer and new friend Jovi for everything you helped me with over the last several months and thank you to my wonderful clients Cris and Keiko for giving me the opportunity and allowing me to take Teddy 💗
