We responded to an urgent situation where several animals were found in heartbreaking conditions. These poor souls were likely without water or food for days, tied tightly with ropes and wires around their necks. The stress and sickness were evident in their eyes. Despite resistance from the individuals keeping them, we knew we couldn’t leave them behind.
Once we brought them to the safety of our shelter, we immediately offered them water, which they drank desperately. It was clear they had been suffering from extreme dehydration and hunger for far too long. As we carefully cut away the ropes and wires, we discovered severe injuries. Some of the wounds were so deep that they were bleeding and already infected. It’s unbelievable how anyone could inflict such pain on innocent animals.
Thankfully, we made it in time to save them. Now, they have a chance to heal and experience the care and love every animal deserves. But we can’t do this alone. These brave survivors urgently need medical treatment, vaccinations, and ongoing care to recover fully.

Today we celebrate Three Kings' Day and of course we couldn't miss the piñata full of gifts for our rescued dogs. They are having a lot of fun! ♥️🎄🥳
LOLITA
Not long ago, we found a puppy who had been hit by a car. Her front leg had several fractures and torn ligaments. Unfortunately, the prognosis for her recovery wasn’t positive as the nerves were also damaged, and we were not able to save her leg. 😔
She is now doing great, and recovering after surgery. She is a very loving and playful puppy, and despite only having three legs, she has no trouble getting around. We hope Lolita can now enjoy a long and happy life. 🥰
At the shelter, we have several three-legged dogs, and we know it’s more challenging to find homes for them. However, we remain hopeful that we will soon find a forever home for Lolita.

TAMY
A few days ago, we found this puppy among the bushes in a fenced-off area. We believe someone must have thrown her there since there’s no way to get in. We could hear her crying but couldn’t find her until, after hours of searching, we finally located her. She was 2 weeks old and had just opened her eyes. She was crying from the cold and hunger.
Fortunately, she is healthy and we are giving her the care she needs. We named her Tamy, and we know there’s a home waiting for her very soon!
