Alright everyone, Scooter here needs some help. He has been with me about 5 weeks, finishing up his 6 week board and train. He was a scared and nervous little dude, but he has come out of his shell and really likes to work and play. He is the sweetest boy when he opens up to you and it doesn't take long anymore. His people have realized the source of one of their increased asthma and allergies has been Scooter. And they are deciding to re-home him if the right family comes along. They are heartbroken because they rescued him off the streets and he was really beat up. They are torn about this decision, but they believe it is best. So please spread the word about this little dude. DM me for any information. I think this boy has some great potential.

We had a great time at the Flagstaff Kennel Club Dog show this weekend! Both our demo dogs had great successes. Stuart's breeder showed him and on the second day he got Winners Dog! Stuart and Nero both competed in Rally. First day Nero and Stuart both passed with a 71! My husband handled Stuart for Rally, which was awesome. The second day Nero passed with a 79 and Stuart did not qualify. But the little dude was exhausted from showing so it's understandable. Can't win them all. All in all a very successful weekend! Can't wait to continue this journey!
In the fall I plan to hold some Rally Novice classes!

Out on the Town, let's get our pups out in busy and distracting locations. We will be working on engagement, obedience, heeling, obstacles and being calm in busy environments. Unfortunately it will be warm out, so remember to bring water for you and your pup! Cooling vests are a great addition.
Limit 6 dogs, first come first serve. If spots are left, drop ins will be welcomed.
4 week series $100
Drop in's $30
Meeting location will be shared when you are signed up. Locations are subject to change if I find a spot that seems better to attend or if some of these locations are too inconvenient for people.

Sorry, it's early but I would like to avoid the heat if possible. I am a mini educator reseller, so with the class you can also purchase their ecollar at a discount.
Pricing USD
$45 Class (if you already have an ecollar)
$205 Class + Collar (E-Collar is normally $220, you get it for $160)
$215 Class + Collar + upgrade collar strap with quick release buckle.
If you need an ecollar purchased, I will need to know by April 8th, to make sure it comes in on time.

I have had to take such a different approach with training Scooter, he reminds me a lot of my dog Luna. I had to capture everything he offered me and then slowly start to add words. And right now he only does them on place 🤣. He will not follow a lure at all, so the capturing is what I had to resort to and it's working. It's a horribly slow process, but he is starting to have fun training now! . I also usually combine my marker and release word, but with him I decided on separate ones. Some double balance beam works. Onyx and Chroma freaking rock it, Chroma had no issues jumping right onto it. Bodhi just had issues with foot placement and that is to be expected. With Jake I have learned when I first introduce something to him, I need to help him a lot. Once he figures it out, he has it.
