It is for active patient appointment requests and confirmation, rescheduling notifications and traffic/arrival update texts only. It is not monitored for incoming calls or messages as it was created for the above purposes only. Messages will only be returned for disabled or elderly clients in need of assistance. On demand reception staff is not available due to the nature of this specialty and mobile small business private practice. Remote reception (Deb) will respond as soon as possible during regular business hours after she checks in with Dr. Brown regarding the schedule (remote reception does not have direct access to patient files or the schedule). This number is NOT for texting Dr. Brown medical or general questions, especially outside of business hours on Saturday or Sunday mornings or on closed holidays. INAPPROPRIATE USE of this complimentary service will result in loss of privileges. Please submit a patient update form or TeLeVET Time form for active patient communication requests with Dr. Brown. Prepaid concierge texting plans with advanced remote access to Dr. Brown are available for medical questions and patient support on a case by case basis. Restrictions apply.
