I recently got back a pup we had during the Texas Snowmageddon. He was the 1st pick male. (The loving family that had him had circumstancial issues outside of their control, absolutely no issues with "Bubbie")
I fell in love w him, but these dang things demand so much attention and you can't help but give it, so my personal limit is 4 of these monsters.
I didn't post that I was looking to adopt him because honestly I just wanted to just keep him! Just asked God to help us.
Fast forward 4 weeks....
Saturday, Jacquelyn came to visit us inquiring about a future Fury x Yak pup. And dammit, they fell in love and it was a great fit! Here he is meeting her 3 days ago and on his trek to his new home in Austin today.
This is "Brownie". He's been living in a culvert in our neighborhood since winter and has finally let Meg bring him into her home. He's not a fan of cats, but needs some loving humans to adopt him. Please pm Meg if interested.

"Miri" got to experience the great outdoors for the very 1st time yesterday. She LOVED it is an understatement!
She hunted and killed LOTS of blades of grass and of course rolled in the mud. She is gonna be hard to keep entertained inside now until she's big enough to use the doggy door.

The McCain family that got a pup from us about 9 months ago let us board their girl "Petunia" while they go on vacation. She's enjoying "Miri" and their daughter loved her some "Miri" too.
What a difference 4 weeks makes in the life of a dogue de bordeaux! "Miri" is now over 7 lbs! (born @ 0.9 lbs)

"Miri" is doing wonderful! 3 weeks, 2 days old. So smart, strong, and healthy. Still curious as can be, smelling and checking out as much as she can before the sleep monster gets her, which is often. Already walking with teeth and even walking off bedding to rubber mat to go potty! Won't be long until she graduates from whelping box to gen pop with Drako, Yak, Rogue, and of course Fury to teach her how to dog.

Well, this sweet and FAST MOVING, bobble-headed girl "Miri" busted through the 3 lb barrier tonight! Officially over tripled in body weight at 2 weeks old, 3.08 lbs.
Miss "Miri" here, the singlet out of Yak and Fury, will be 2 weeks old tomorrow.
She opened her eyes today AND is trying to stand up!
Her, momma, and daddy are all doing wonderful.
She is so strong and voices clearly what she needs whether it be "I'm hungry", "can't find mom", "my tummy hurts", or "this is so yummy".
She is still very curious too!
In short, she's awesome!

The sounds you make when you're the only one at the buffet and you still can't get enough! Super sadly Fury had a miscarriage, likely due to a rare infection, BUT 3 days later one miracle pup arrived and said NOT ME! She will be named "Miri"! There were 7 stillborn pups before "Miri"! PS, Fury is doing absolutely perfect!
Makes our hearts happy spoiling these angels. Possibly pregnant sweetheart Fury melting into the loveseat by herself again for the night.❤️
