Hey everybody, it's me Rascal.
I'm still with my friends at St. Tammany Parish Department of Animal Services. I'm having a hard time finding my new mom. Yes, I can only have a mom. You see, my mom passed away a few months ago and I was very attached to her. I really need a single older female to take me home. I bond very quickly. I really don't want to continue to sit here because I need a single person, single animal home. I'm sorry I just want all the attention for myself.
