We are so very blessed to have a good hand full of awesome rescues we partner with to get some of our dogs into homes. We appreciate them all so very much . We take big pride in healthy happy pups .
These 23 are the lucky doggie lottery winners that won their golden tickets to Washington.
Have great lives you guys. You will be missed as some have been here a 3 years .
Now while we are having pups leave we are not taking anything in at this time as we have some major kennel repairs to do before we can take anything in.
Here are our travelers that are heading out tomorrow for Tuesday arrival to 2 rescues.
Let your lights shine and be the best dogs you can be. Mind your manners and don't forget your training.

Thank you BEALS in Mexia for the donation drive for us. Thank you Karin Henry for bringing the box of donations to the pups and playing with them while dispersing the toys to the pups. Thank you to all of the BEALS customers that bought the doggie items for the donation box .

Here we go again. 🙄 This mama (Olive) and baby (Pickles) were found dumped. Pickles was too old to nurse (7-8 weeks old) but it looked as tho Olive let her to keep her alive. A true mother's love.🩷

They are now with a foster but they desperately need their own homes. Both Olive and Pickles are great with other dogs and cats. Olive is house trained and has house manners. She was someone's at one time. That makes her story even more sad. She trusted her family to care for her but she found herself dumped in the country with no food or shelter and with a baby to care for.

We do not have any idea of their breeds. Olive is a bigger gal. She weighs approximately 60 lbs. Her heart is even bigger. Both will be ready for adoption after their spays. Please contact us if you would like to have one or both in your family.

It's been a long hard road for this sweet boy we got from the ravine back in the fall but he just can't quit smiling because he has a family waiting for him in Rhode Island.
I'm already crying and he not even left yet .

UPDATE ON THE UPDATE. ALL BUT 2 ARE ALREADY ADOPTED AND IN THEIR FOREVER HOMES
UPDATE : THESE PUPS ALL LEFT SUNDAY FOR SEATTLE WASHINGTON. ARRIVING AT THEIR DESTINATION THIS MORNING
THEY WILL BE IN HOMES BY THE WEEKKEND . WE ARE SO HAPPY FOR THEM.

Well we have new arrivals. The mom was a dumped dog who would bolt if you tried to touch her ..typical for dumped dogs as they have lost trust in humans at that point. She had not been seen for several days when they heard it ...the puppy choir calling for their mom to feed them. We took them in not knowing where we were going to put them . Still trying to figure it out 2 days later.
Here are our new arrivals. The first day of spring litter . 9 of them

I can forsee hours and hours of hard play with this little gals family when she goes home next week.. they adopted 2 ..there are 2 left ..all 4 are females.

Back in 2021 we took a litter of pups from Hot Paws in exchange to get some of our older pups on transport to Wisconsin. It was olives litter. One pup in particular always stood out and we named him captian . We sent him to seattle to a rescue there we had just formed a partnership with
This is his baby pics with his mom and pics of his awesome life in Washington thank you to everyone involved in helping these pups. Especially the ones that donated food and money for transport and vetting. Here is the end result of our labor .

We love getting updates from our pups that have been here and seeing their awesome lives . The updates keeps us going .
Here are a couple we got recently. One pup from when we first opened and one of our first transports to Seattle . The other was here last year this time and also went to just north of Seattle . Thank you to our partner rescues that have faith in our pups

Like most all of the rescues around here and abroad we are full. We are actually way over our capacity to care for and house any more until we can get some of the ones here adopted, at this time we cannot accept any more animals . So we have no choice but to close our intakes for a while until we can get some adopted .
Please consider getting your pets spay or neutered and be a part of the solution . There are way too many dogs and pups being dumper on lonely country roads that no one can help due to being full. Please don't dump them. Their outcome when you dump them is not a very pleasant ending for them.
Everyone complains of all of the dumped dogs and pups, let's all do our part to stop the population of unwanted pups .
You are doing a great service when you spay or neuter .
