🥳🚐 IT’S TRANSPORT WEEKEND! 🚐🥳

This weekend is all about celebrating seven amazing dogs who are loading up and heading toward their next adventure.

While we fill the feed with happy faces and forever-home photos, we’d also love to show some appreciation to the incredible volunteer drivers who make these journeys possible. They donate their time, their vehicles, their gas, and a whole lot of heart. ❤️

Our goal for this transport is $1,925 ($275 per crate × 7). If you’d like to help, donations can be sent through our Venmo or PayPal (linked in the comments), or tips and snacks are always appreciated if you’re meeting your new foster or adopted pup.

Because of this village, seven more dogs get a fresh start. And honestly… that’s something worth celebrating. 🐾✨

My name is Pixie and I just got on the doggie bus called mighty mutts. My foster mom says it's the lottery bus and I won the lottery . She packed me a coat , some onese pj's , and my cute pink dress.. look out Rhode Island. Here I Come .

Our mission was to help the abused, neglected and discarded dogs in our area and beyond.

Our mission has never been to relieve you of the commitment YOU made to your dog when you took them in.

People have babies and keep their dogs.

People change careers and keep their dogs.

Peoples schedules get hectic and they keep their dogs.

People move and find a way to keep their dog.

People run into issues with manageable/trainable behavior AND THEY KEEP THEIR DOGS.

These situations are not unique.

We didn’t start this rescue to bail you out. I’m sorry, I know that may sound harsh— and yes, we know that there are absolutely situations in which people can truly no longer care for their dog- and we help with those as much as we can.

But for the love of Dog— step up for your dog. Show up for your dog. Show your dog the same love and commitment today that you showed them the day you brought them home.

Dogs are being euthanized every single day because the shelters do not have space. FRIENDLY. HEALTHY. HAPPY. ADOPTABLE. DOGS.

Your dog is no different than any of the dogs who have been losing their lives every day and if you give up on your dog— they could be next.

Every rescue has a "north star"—someone who guides and supports them through the toughest cases. For us, that was Dr.Adkins and his wonderful wife, Bridget .Their passing has left a hole in our hearts, but also a renewed sense of purpose. Bridget was a fierce advocate for our mission; she often said we were the only rescue she truly trusted with her dogs. Today, we are fulfilling a final promise to her by caring for her own dogs and finding them the loving homes they deserve.We are asking for donations in their memory to help us give these dogs their vetting so we can find them great homes, and to continue the work they championed for so many years. Your gift today directly supports the dogs they loved so dearly and ensures that Bi-Stone Rescue can keep saying "yes" to animals in need, just as they always encouraged us to do.
Bridget was a remarkable lady who loved her dogs and all of her animals, as well as pulling the littles from pounds from euthanasia and helping others along the way . She is truly missed

Hope is one of our senior dogs. She is looking for senior type person's chair to keep warm for them while waitng for you to join her . She likes to cuddle, dont bark , sleeps alot but has playful moments. She is in good health. The vet did bloodwork and her organs are all functioning good . She had a growth on her chest that went to the ground we had removed for her .
She jyst needs a person to live out her days with

Our intakes are now closed until further notice. We are way past our capacity. We cannot take even one more for atleast 2 or 3 months.
We have lots of dogs that need to be adopted.
