DG Lilo #9037 (corral name Stickers) from the 2023 gather

This is our journey from February-Now it’s kinda long but well worth the watch!

This little mare is truly amazing. I am so incredibly thankful for this horse. We have put so much work in this year and it’s really paying off! She had a couple months off to birth her wild child, Jaida. (The most perfect baby) I was really worried it would hold us back in her training. But, surprisingly it brought us together. Lilo is my main trail horse, we have been on many adventures already and I am so excited for a lifetime of more. We just competed at the GHS mustang challenge this past weekend and won champion in adult riding. I am beyond proud of my girl. I have given Lilo my all and in return she gave me hers. 🥲❤️

So proud of our girl!! Lilo did amazing this weekend we got 1st place in the riding division. She was so well behaved around all the other horses and people. She gave me her all and that’s all I could ever ask for. Best girl ever! More pics to come🙂

We are officially one week away from the GHS Mustang Challenge in PA!

Day 1 of weaning Jaida 😂

It’s hard to believe we have had DG Lilo for almost 4 months! From the first touch to riding bareback and bridleless…this girl has proven the intelligence, loyalty, and bravery of mustang horses. We did take some time off for a couple of months due to her having the baby. I would like to be further along in her training but, we are back and picking up right where we left off! Here is Lilo riding obstacles for the very first time. My plan is to start getting her off property for short amounts of time here and there until baby is weaned. This summer I will be taking her on overnight camping trips. We cannot wait to participate in this years Gentled Hearts Stables Devils Garden Mustang Challenge!
