Here are some ways to help your Bestie to relax 🐶:

1. Excercise your dog: Take out your pup to play ball ⚾️ or with his Bestie Dog Chew 🦴

2. Doggie Massage: A massage will always release muscle tension. Start at the neck and try to keep one hand ✋ on your dog (gentle pressure to help keep them still) while using your other hand to massage him or her.
