We have our phone and internet up and running. It will take us some time to get back to everyone, so please be patient as we can not groom dogs safely and talk on the phone and make appointments at the same time. We try our best to answer our customer as soon as we can. But with the heavy work load we can not nor will not put the safely of your babies ahead of making appointments. Our number one concern is your pets while they are in our care. If you are a current customer please feel free to stop by to make an appointment. If you are a new customer, we are only able to take certain breeds as our schedule is jam packed and there are only so many time slots available. I'm sorry for the inconvenience of not being able to reach us on the phone. We are a small shop with only a few employees. We try our best.
