We do our best to answer every message and question on our site. Please note that our brick and mortar store DOES NOT have anything to do with our website. If you call that number they will not be able to help you. They are Completely seperate business!

Our main fault people say is lack of communication, but that is in fact due to mostly people calling store or facebooking expecting an answer at 2am or not messaging about their already placed order via their account.
Our ONLINE store is open to purchase 24/7 but that doesn’t mean we are available 24/7. We are available to answer WEBSITE order question Mon- Thursday(till2pm) Eastern time.
If you are a Miami local, our brick and mortar store is open 11-7 mon-Saturday, 12-5 sundays.

The literal last green anaconda ever to be imported over 8 years ago, into the US, hours away from the federal ban for international imports into the USA. We imported it from Suriname, and it landed and was cleared by USFWS around 459pm and they close at 5pm. The ban went to effect at midnight. This is NOT the one that Ben Rennick had.

Another shipment came in - we cannot get enough Colombian boas from breeders to fulfill our needs - so we work with the only boa breeder in Colombia to help! Packed in compartments to avoid any babies getting hurt, Arlene is sorting through them and separating fancy or pretty ones for specific cherry picked online sales - her first time doing it, and she got some cool ones! First 30 down, 470 more to look through! We will be posting them once they are feeding and ready! - any one say Dinkers!? 😂
