We do our best to answer every message and question on our site. Please note that our brick and mortar store DOES NOT have anything to do with our website. If you call that number they will not be able to help you. They are Completely seperate business!

Our main fault people say is lack of communication, but that is in fact due to mostly people calling store or facebooking expecting an answer at 2am or not messaging about their already placed order via their account.
Our ONLINE store is open to purchase 24/7 but that doesn’t mean we are available 24/7. We are available to answer WEBSITE order question Mon- Thursday(till2pm) Eastern time.
If you are a Miami local, our brick and mortar store is open 11-7 mon-Saturday, 12-5 sundays.
