Tarboro, NC *** update!! She’s had her babies!!! *** BEAUTIFUL PREGNANT DOG X *** HELP! URGENT! - VERY PRETTY GIRL SURRENDERED

seven healthy babies! Mom is doing great!!

This sweet girl was surrendered just days before delivery. She made it to Albemarle Animal Hospital just in time. Four healthy babies have arrived and at least five more are expected. One was humanly euthanized because of severe cleft palette.
We have five babies

Lost a puppy overnight and another was barely hanging on when kennel got here this morning. They were cold and away from mom. There is a chance she’s starting to regret some. You may wanna focus on getting her and them into a foster that can supplement feedings if needed and keep a closer eye on everyone asap.
So upon further examination the one that died and the ones struggling have severe cleft palates

Dog displayed sociability by coming over for affection with a wagging tail and loose body. She was able to be leashed where she flinched seemingly nervous and quickly adjusted walking outside. She stayed close to me in the yard, leaning into me for
affection and took treats gently by hand.
