ity with quality meats at affordable prices. We encourage people to transition their pets to a species appropriate diet, while providing nutritional support and advice along the way. By offering an extensive variety of meats, our customers are able to chose the quality of product they feel most comfortable with purchasing; whether that be grass-fed, hormone & antibiotic free, all-natural, or USDA grade. RFM even support a farmer to plate program which helps small, local farmers get their exclusive product out to our clientele at cheaper prices than one would find at their local grocery store. We truly believe that you should know where your food comes from; which is why RFM tries to stay as close as possible to the meat producers. By being aware of a farm's animal welfare ranking, as well as the their land sustainability, we can stand behind our product and know that our customers will not only be satisfied, but will be supporting the right practices. While you take care of your family, we make sure that your pet's health is well taken care of.

Made from free-range breast meat, our trim is around 90% lean and already cut into pieces easy for feeding. We have customers that use it raw. Others that grind at home. Some even cook it. There is no lack of treats in the market when it comes to our pet food snack options. It can be a little overwhelming at times knowing what to pick when everything imaginable is available out there. But the one thing I can tell you is this. We’ve never recommended our dehydrated rabbit feet & ears and had a complaint about them. They are truly loved by so many species - dogs, cats, ferrets, birds of prey! We’ve even heard some kitties like to play with these for fun. Who can blame them?

We carry a ground whole fish option so that every pet owner can include fresh fish oils in their pets meal. Don’t want to feed it raw either? No problem. Fish oil is a huge ingredient in the life of a pet owner. You’ll probably hear about fish oil for your pet hundreds of times over the course of the years. And yes, it plays an essential role in your pets health. But why use concentrated oils from a bottle when you have the natural source right at your fingertips?

Mackerel, a very oily fish, is loaded with natural omega fatty acids. It is just one of many oily fish options that you could choose from to replace that bottled fish oil. Even using canned mackerel (in water not olive oil) is a better option than bottled product.

Are you grossed out by raw 🧠 brain?

That’s a topic that comes up a lot with raw organs. Especially when the organ in question looks really unique; like brains. But once you see them in person, they are actually quite delicate and soft, and require a little bit of love when handling.

Brains are loaded with nutrients and are rich in omega-3 fatty acids. Naturally high in protein and B vitamins.

If you are familiar with glandular therapy, it can also be used to help enhance the function of corresponding tissue. Think feeding brains to help support the brains natural function. Also considered a delicacy in basically most other countries! Definitely a once in a lifetime must try for your best friend.

Disclaimer: This supplemental meal is in no way shape or form nutritionally complete. As a giant breed owner, I learned many years ago that Great Dane owners will feed a supplemental meal in between regular feedings to help these giant dogs gain some weight. The go to has been red meat and organic potatos. Red meat helps build muscle mass, while the potatos help keep your dog full a little longer. *The emphasis on organic potatos is due to regular potatos being grown with a ton of synthetic pesticides and fertilizers. By sourcing organic potatos, you are reducing the exposure of these chemicals to your dog. By giving one to two of these meals a day, in addition to their regular feedings, you can help your dog gain weight slowly, over a period of a few weeks. This meal in particular is 1 pound of meat and 2 organic potatos. I added a tablespoon of premium extra virgin olive oil that is high in polyphenol but low in acidity so that she would get the health benefits (antioxidant and anti inflammatory properties). Other red meats that can be alternated are lamb, elk, venison, pork, bison, goat, etc. And yes, you can also feed the meat raw if you want. But the potatos must always be boiled. Other extra healthy supplements you can throw into this bowl: bone broth, colostrum, manuka honey, george’s aloe juice.
