We've added small bags of cat food to our Amazon Wishlist for this month's Feeding Hope Pet Food Pantry: https://a.co/3xxBJ3E ❤ We'd love to show extra love to the 🐱cat🐱 families in our community this month.

We are beyond grateful for how generous all of you are with your pet food donations, we typically don't receive as much cat kibble and wet food. There's an increase in the need for cat food donations for our community.

Your generous pet food donations have helped MHS' Feeding Hope reach hundreds or even thousands of families. People who contact Michiana Humane Society for help and people visiting the food pantry at Trinity Episcopal Church Michigan City benefit from the dry and canned pet food as well as LaPorte Co Meals on Wheels.

They have 20+ clients who responded "yes" when asked if they could use pet food in addition to the meals they regularly receive. Knowing how important pets are to homebound seniors, we are eager to do our very best to help them.

Until 12:00pm CT on Tuesday, December 9th, we will be collecting unopened bags of dry kibble and unopened cans of wet food.

Your donation of pet food may be what makes a difference in a family needing to surrender their pet or be able to keep them. We need your help to support families and their pets within our community.

You may drop items off at Michiana Humane Society or if you are shopping Brandt's Old Fashion Emporium, you can purchase pet food from them, and they will hold it for us until pick-up. Let's work together to make a difference and show kindness and help to share the love❤
