This stunning girl has overcome numerous obstacles. Her first home was condemned, prompting her relocation to our facility. After being adopted, she experienced another loss with the passing of her owner. A friend of the owner then provided her with a home, but her failing health necessitated the return of all their cats, including Paranista, to our care. Paranista is the last of these resilient cats seeking a forever home, and we pray that this new forever home will last forever.

Recall Lewis, the initially timid feline? We're pleased to report a positive update: he and Sasha are now comfortably nestled together, and he's thriving. His owners brought him for a visit today, and the once-reserved cat readily accepted affection. We're delighted to see our cats have found such loving homes.

Hector and Harper arrived from animal control; Hector presented with a severely infected eye, resulting in complete cloudiness. Unfortunately, this condition rendered him unadoptable under previous assessments by most. However, a prospective adopter recognized his value and adopted both him and his sibling, Harper. We wish them well in their new home.

We have some wonderful news!!! 14 year old Nellie, who has been at Fried's Cat Shelter for 11 years, has been adopted today!!! She started out as a feral mom, advanced to a scared cat, then to nervous, then to friendly over the years. Her perseverance, and our patience, over the years has paid off, and the proof is in the pictures. Thank you for adopting and loving our Nellie!

Fried's Cat Shelter visitors may be familiar with Autumn, a friendly cat who frequents the back hallway. She enjoys playing on the floor and receiving affection. Autumn has a flea allergy, necessitating the use of an oral flea medication. She is quite fond of receiving pets from visitors.

Do you love technology? Well, these people said they do! The young couple adopted a brother sister set named Echo and Siri (female orange). The young lady adopted another brother named Bixby. We still have the last brother Google, and Tater Tot from the Potato group. We are here until 4 today, and open 12 to 4 tomorrow if you would like to adopt these two.

It's official: French Fry has abandoned ship, or rather, the building! Following a few strategic visits, this gorgeous kitten has selected this young woman to be his furever guardian. As for Tator Tot, he's still holding out for his dream home, where he can lounge around and be his adorable, potato-inspired self.

The Potato group is off to a great start with adoptions. The first one out the door is Spud, the little black kitten with a white chest spot. The next one to go home was Chip, with the black spot on his chin. Their brothers, French Fry and Tator Tot are still available for adoption.

Our first adoption of the day was love at first sight! Toby and this young man connected when he visited once before. This young man came back with his family today, and they immediately wanted Toby.
