What a great weekend at Reevedale Farm! Thank you to everyone who came out to our benefit show, whether it was to show, volunteer, support the raffle or cheer on your friends! We appreciate every one of your donations, kind texts (that were still catching up on!), and words of encouragement to one another all day 😊 . What started as an idea for a small fundraiser for one of our families, really exceeded expectations thanks to our wonderful group of clients, friends, and of course our horses!

It’s show day! We’re super excited for our fundraiser show today, but It’s going to be a busy one! With that in mind:

- please carpool as much as possible, parking is limited (especially with mud from yesterday’s rain).

- please do not arrive before 8:15 (cars or trailers)

- we have many first-time competitors, so be encouraging and keep it fun 😊

- dont forget your costumes for costume class (last minute ones are extra fun to work on with your friends during the day here)

- please keep the stabling area clear as our visiting horses will need that aisle to enter/exit (riders may come back the class prior to theirs)

- general parking info for competitors is below; friends of the Taylor family should contact Chris as a point person for shuttle info.

-Please keep off the grass with horses and cars!

-The outdoor arena may be used for warmup if needed

-please drive no faster than 5mph in the driveway and be cautious of children, horses and other drivers

-Reevedale staff will assist with trailer placement (text Julie as you arrive (203)631-8340

Reevedale Farm is deeply saddened by the passing of our good friend and customer, Susan Byrne. Her beautiful smile, infectious laugh, and conversations are truly irreplacable. She will be remembered by all who had the pleasure of knowing her as a light in the world ❤️

We can't believe we still have this guy! Safe, game, and sweet as they come, this seasoned saddlebred would make a great addition to any academy program or would be a great "step up" for your kids, equitation riders, or amateurs. UVM Perlee turned in some beautiful drives for owners Lynn and Rick Paulson at Summer Kickoff. “Perfect Pearl” was 1st in the Open and Ladies classic pleasure driving and Reserve Champion in the Open classic championship.
