We are so thankful to Flora Ketchum and her company FK Arena Designs LLC for repairing the footing in our high traffic indoor arena this past week. She and her staff went above and beyond to create amazing footing, even when the weather was not cooperating! Thank you flora!!!! After and before photos below.

Fitch Farm is Planning a Holiday Farm Festival for December 7th! This is to benefit our pony club scholarship to help members afford new regulation required safety equipment and for Amazing Grace Horse Rescue.

We have plans for local vendors to come set up- if you are interested in being a vendor it’s only $25 for a table! Reach out to Kristen Jane for details!

Just so all are aware…. Fitch Farm is a private farm. This means we are only open BY APPOINTMENT or if there is an open house (This also pertains to the work by Heather B Coaching). Safety for our immediate family (this is our Home) , farm family members, horses and visitors is our TOP priority! Please do not come by to visit, bring carrots, or “walk around” unannounced. I do not show up unannounced at your house to “walk around”. We are always happy to schedule an appointment to lesson or take a farm tour (lots of animal cuddles at these)! We are the friendliest of folks, but please be respectful! ❤️

Well I am thrilled to announce Phoenix is staying in the Fitch Farm Family ❤️❤️❤️❤️ He will be staying here at the farm as a family here surprised me and said he can’t go!!! So thrilled ❤️❤️❤️ He is off market!

Sadly have decided to rehome Phoenix( 20 yrs old Arab 14 hands 💯 sound). He is searching for a great home that wants to trail ride galore and go anywhere ! This boy will lead, follow, go through water, over logs, through brush. He is easy to whoa and great with mares or geldings following close behind or right next to him. He has gained a lot of weight but still needs more. Not a huge fan of hay but loves senior grain. He is great to groom, ties, and will turn out with others but will hog grain or hay. A child can ride him ❤️ low 🥕🥕🥕🥕 to only best home! Located in middleboro, ma video in comments.

Thank you https://www.facebook.com/cssequineservices?mibextid=LQQJ4d for making our oldies but goodies comfortable in their old age!!! Silvy and Ollie both have cushings. Unfortunately both are not fans of the medication that you can give horses for it. So both grow a long coat year round, which means we need to clip them a few times a year to ensure they don’t get too hot or get skin conditions. Carolyn did an amazing job this time ! Thank you!

Percy (13 yr old, 15.1 hand, Argentinian Criollo) is looking for her next partner. She wants long walks/trots in the woods, beach, mountains. Anything but ring work. She is a been there done that ex-polo horse(neck reins) . She has dabbled the last 6 months in dressage and eventing. But her joints just can’t handle the jumping anymore. She is such a fun trail horse!!! Rides in a double jointed lozenge snaffle bit. She will lead or follow and loves a good canter on trails, but corners are not her strong suit in the ring at a canter. She gets along with mares or geldings but is a bossy mare with other horses that are push overs (will not beat up just pushes off hay) . She exists on 1st cut hay (no grain at all). She has 2 front shoes. She is great to groom, vet, farrier, ties, cross ties, pro at trailering, and great for baths. We love her but since we event she does not fit our program anymore 😞 I was thinking about breeding her but I just don’t need another mouth to feed 😕 she would make a great mom and she’s gorgeous! Low 🥕🥕🥕🥕 to only the best of homes!!! References will be checked. She loves her in and out stall but is fine being in at night too ❤️
