I want to say thank you to all of our loyal clients. I appreciate all of you.
I also want to put out a reminder that although Erin works with me once a week and Jade works with me two days a week, that is only helping get the animals taken care of.
I am still solely responsible for scheduling. It can often be challenging to get back to every single message within a day or two. I do my best but with over 1,000 clients, it is often tough to keep up, but I try.
I ask for your patience and understanding. That being said, if it’s been more than a week, PLEASE be a squeaky wheel. Text is still the best way to reach me but if it’s urgent, don’t hesitate to call as well.
