Honeydew is a super sweet and affectionate girl searching for a loving home of her own. She was found in a nearby park with her three kittens, who were likely abandoned. Thankfully, the kind local resident who found them offered to foster them until they were ready for adoption🥰

Honeydew is a beautiful one-year-old tabby who adores snuggling and playtime in equal measure. Whether she’s curling up beside you for a cozy nap or chasing her favorite toy, she’s sure to fill your home with warmth and joy.

Meet Charles, Our Gentle Senior Sweetheart

November is Adopt a Senior Pet Month, and there’s no better time to meet Charles — a 7-year-old tabby with a heart as warm as his golden-green eyes🥹

When Charles first arrived at our shelter in February, he was scared and confused after being abandoned by his family. But with a little patience and a lot of love, he soon realized he was safe — and that he was already adored by everyone who met him.

Charles is a sweet, gentle, and affectionate boy who loves nothing more than curling up in your lap for snuggles. He enjoys watching cat TV, getting brushed, and spending time with children. His beautiful dark tabby coat and calm personality make him truly irresistible.

After arriving, Charles developed bladder stones and underwent surgery to remove them — a $2,000 procedure generously covered by one of our amazing volunteers who couldn’t help but fall in love with him. He’s now healthy and thriving on a prescription diet to prevent future issues.

Charles weighs about 12 lbs, gets along well with other cats, and while he’s a bit unsure about dogs, he’s open to a calm and loving home where he can feel secure♥️

If you’re looking for a loyal companion who will fill your home with love and quiet joy, Charles is waiting for you. He’s ready to spend the rest of his life with a family who will never let him down again.

His adoption fee is $60 which includes:

Autumn is a stunning torbie with mesmerizing eyes and a gentle spirit. Her story began when a kind local resident found her outside with her three tiny kittens. At first, only the kittens could be caught, but the next day, Autumn was safely brought in too. Their reunion at the shelter was truly heartwarming.

In her foster home, Autumn proved to be a devoted and loving mama, caring for her babies until they were ready to find homes of their own. Now that her kittens have grown, it’s Autumn’s turn to be the one cared for and cherished.

At about 2 years old, Autumn is ready to start her next chapter — one filled with warmth, comfort, and love. She’s waiting patiently at the shelter for the perfect family to give her the forever home she deserves💞

Her adoption fee is $75.00 which includes spay, microchip, parasite treatments, and age-appropriate vaccines

Feeling Thankful This Holiday Season🥰

As we gather to celebrate, we’re feeling extra thankful for all the dogs and cats we’ve had the joy of caring for — and for every one of them who’s found a loving home. Your support helps make these happy endings possible every day.

While you’re enjoying your holiday meals, remember to keep your furry friends safe! The ASPCA reminds us of a few important holiday food safety tips for pets:

Skip the table scraps: Rich, fatty foods like gravy, turkey skin, and stuffing can upset your pet’s stomach.

Avoid bones: Cooked bones can splinter and cause serious internal injuries.

Watch out for sweets: Chocolate, xylitol (found in sugar-free treats), and raisins are toxic to pets.

Secure the trash: Curious noses can find their way into leftovers and cause trouble.

Offer pet-safe treats instead: A small bite of plain turkey or a special pet treat is a safer way to include them in the celebration.

One look into Jonah’s eyes and you’ll fall in love. He is a sweet 5-year-old boy who weighs 48 pounds (he needs to gain a couple pounds) who’s spent most of his life outdoors, but he’s quickly learning the joys of life indoors and snuggling close for naps. With his soulful eyes and sweet, loving nature, Jonah has a way of winning hearts instantly. He is working on his leash manners and loves to show off his “sit”, and he is also very treat motivated!

He adores his toys and enjoys playtime just as much as quiet moments by your side. Though he carries a few scars from his past, they only add to his story of resilience and love. Jonah gets along with other dogs and would make a wonderful companion for anyone ready to give him the care and comfort he deserves♥️

All family members and resident dogs must be present for the meet and greet.

Meet Handsome Howie 😻

To know him is to love him! This charming ginger boy adores being the center of attention and never misses a chance to greet visitors at the door. Playful and curious, Howie loves to explore and discover new favorite napping spots. Each morning, as soon as he steps out of his kitty condo, he heads straight for the drinking fountain—his daily ritual before soaking up affection from his human friends.
Like many orange tabbies, Howie has a mischievous streak and enjoys attention on his own terms. He’s full of personality and always keeps things interesting.

Howie prefers to be the only cat in the home, as other felines tend to make him a bit cranky—but with his big heart and lively spirit, he’s all the company anyone could need.

Meet Astra 💞

She is a super sweet girl with a stunning coat and eyes to match. She’s playful, social with other dogs, and seems to be housebroken. Her adorable little underbite only adds to her charm! She is only about a year old and weighs 42 lbs.

Astra rides beautifully in the car and already knows how to sit. She’s very treat-motivated and eager to learn more, making her a great student for continued training. She loves playing with her toys and curling up in your lap for snuggles.

She’s currently working on her leash manners and making great progress. Astra would make a wonderful companion for a family looking for a loving, playful, and loyal friend.
