Our customer service team receive quite a few inquiries 😜and one of the most commonly asked one is: how do I use your BASE BLENDS?!
So here’s a a nice base blend crash course for all inquiring minds 📚🥩🧐
Our Base Blends are a supplemental blend of ground meat, bone and organ available in 2lb bricks. These are modeled after a prey model diet and while not considered complete and balanced, they can be used in conjunction with a complete diet or as an occasional meal to add variety to your pet’s diet. The Base Blends could also be used to create a more customized diet for pets with special needs with the help of your vet or nutritionist.
We do not have any recipes to follow but here are some suggestions of add-ins you could use to spruce up the Base Blends:
*Bone broth or goat’s milk
*Veggie mix or fiber source
*Oil of choice
* Eggs
* Sardines (in water, no salt)
* Pet-specific supplements
* Multi-vitamin or base mix
