Thank you to everyone who participated in our food drive to benefit the Goodman Community Center Thanksgiving Basket Drive. 🦃 With our sponsorship we were able to provide a full Thanksgiving meal to 8 families in Dane County. Our goal was to feed another 8 through our food drive. Thanks to our generous clients we more than met our goal.

getting hit hard because of this pandemic, and we want to do our part to help. That’s why Scoops Pet Waste Management chose to sponsor the Goodman Community Center Thanksgiving Baskets drive. $70 will provide
one family with a full Thanksgiving meal – and some really important comfort right now.

We are excited to share that we are a Thanksgiving Basket Drive Sponsor. Please watch our page for additional information on how you can help us to support this initiative to provide Thanksgiving meals to 4,000 Dane County families.

For the past 32 years, GCC’s Thanksgiving Basket Drive has been a tradition, with many long-serving staff, volunteers and their children returning year after year. It takes a village, that’s for certain. This year, we expect demand for baskets to be at an all-time high, so we plan to register 4,000 families — that’s 22,000 Dane County residents (including 10,000 children!). These families are counting on us for all the groceries they need to prepare a Thanksgiving dinner at home — and this CAN’T be the year we don’t deliver. That’s where you come in. In addition to being a dog owner herself, Meg has many years of experience in the pet services industry most recently working at a Pet Resort and as an in-home pet sitter.
