We understand life happens, but unfortunately we are having an issue with an increased amount of customers no showing for their appointment. We send 3 text messages prior to your appointment and we will also call to give you a reminder if we noticed you haven’t confirmed. Due to this on going issue we have raised our no show fee to $20. This will be applied to your next visit with us. If you have 3 no shows on your profile unfortunately you’ll be asked to not return or you’ll have to place a 100% non refundable deposit when booking. We hate to do this but it has become necessary in hopes it will reduce the amount of no shows. Thank you for your cooperation and understanding 🐾

Please if you know you’re not going to make your appointment just call prior to your appointment to cancel.

This was Scooby’s first groom with a professional and boy did this little cutie let us know he wasn’t happy about it. Thanks to bite glove protection and lots of patience and love we were able to give Scooby an adorable new look! 😅
