1 dog Friday was actually 3 (oops!)...
Mia came in with the request to keep as much hair as possible- showed mom how to check for those pesky friction mats and undercoat tangles! Clipped some SERIOUS talons!
A call from Little Big Paws Rescue for a seriously impacted Husky?/Keeshond? mix...we DID have to shave the neck- NO Conditioner/blowout was getting through that "collar mat"- HE NEEDS A HOME!! I will vouch for his loving temperament DESPITE being pulled from the euthanasia shelter, flown to Lakeport, then driven to Middletown for a groom- despite tugging and pulling mats- all he did was put his mouth on me WITH NO PRESSURE!!! Just a "HEY, that hurt!!"...
Final dog- Miss Daisy who patiently waited while I finished "Edgar"- she got her bath and blow dry, and a lovely bandana!!

Hump Daaaayyy!
Started out with my FAVORITO bandito- Mr. Farlsy the Mal...he comes in every 4 weeks or so for a nail day. AIN'T he just the most HANDSOME lug!!In next was Brulee - all healed from her spay, and needed a clean up! She's a modified "doodled poodle"- her hair just isn't straight enough for the serious doodle look! We BG'd her 1/2", then 5/8 reversed, and opened her eyes, but SAVED the lashes! ❤️ HEAVY mats around the ear leather were a challenge for sure! Layla the Sh*tzu got pampered, and did GREAT!

Bookend Big Dog Monday!
Snow White the St. Bernard started off with a bath/blow toes! In came cranky old man Archer the Yorkie- mom asked for all the mats to go away. "Cujo" even let us KIND OF work on his face 😀. Next in was Cooper the Labradoodle pup. His hair is changing and 🤪 crazy right now! We knocked down the crazy and trimmed a bitey face 😉. Ended it all with darling Charlotte the St Bernard. In for a spaw day bayh, she LOVED 😍 the attention!!

Mush brain! Oodles of classes, dogs on dogs on dogs, hair-hair-hair flying, new tips and techniques, and validation that I do the meat and potatoes right! Tool and blade maintenance was eye opening. Now to head home for practical application!! ❤️
