Addie/doggie/basketball type day- phew!!
*Auggie the Goldendoodle- sorely needed trim today. Mom asked for SHORT, and mats required 5F. Got to play with a roundy face, added a Christmas bandana and Ginger Spice cologne (yummy!), and sent him home!
* Sparky the Cocker-potamus needed a destink bath and serious clip up! 7F took him down, double bath, then swanky bandana and more Ginger Spice! ❤️

Spread out day today, to help with work schedules!
*Ace and Sassy sh*tzu siblings came in for some work. Ace just got FFF (Face, feet, f***y!). Miss Sassy was in terrible need of a clipping! Random mats were EVERYWHERE! We did our best to leave hair, but tug-o-war is no fun... 1/2 BG, 3/8 head, toenails, and home!
*Buddy had a makeup appointment due to a SMIDGE of water a couple weeks ago 😆 🤣 😂...bath, conditioned blowout in the tub, rinse, dry, and sort of nails. Handsome bandana and home to Angwin he went!
*Evening Sh*tzu was Miss Chrissy. Definitely needed a clipping! 5F belly and legs, 1/2" body, 3/8 head, and talons removed 😉. Soft and darling, bandana, and home to Lower Lake!

Geriatric Day at the hut today!

*Mr. 44 pound Hershey needed a destinky bath and blow dry, and his nails. Handsome Christmas bow tie, and this dapper dude was ready!
*Miss Sophie is a toothless, mature Pom-chi. Mom asked for a clip down to help.with maintenance. After a relaxing bath, she got a 1/2" reverse BG, and toenails trimmed up. Christmas bow, spritz, and.this dynamic duo headed home! ❤️

Rescue clean up day...
Mr. "Smokey (for now?)" was flown up here to be fostered. He came in SUPER matted from his hips back, and needed some loving.
Deep clean bath, then a Plum Silky bath followed by a deep condition. His hair is SOOOO SOFT! We clipped down with a 3 3/4 blade, but had to do a 5F on legs and belly. He was a trooper throughout. Nails, a bandana, and a spritz, and this lovebug will be ready to adopt when Little Big Paws Pet Rescue has him ready!!

WHAT. A. MONDAY!!!

*Poppy the Doodle, in for a spruce up! We used a 3/4" BG, then scissor cleaned up the face and legs. Toenails trimmed, a spritz, and Christmas bows, because, WHY NOT! 🎄
*Layla and LeeLee the Sh*tzus- they took on a life of their own with mats in different areas...oof! After tugging, combing, demat sprays- well, thinners it was! Not SUPER smooth, but serviceable. Spritz, and cute bows sent them on their way!
*Holy Sh*tzu (see what I did there 😉?)... My boyz Bailey and Oreo! 5F leaves them a tad longer for colder weather- 3/8 head, spritz, and turkey ties for 2 turkeys 🦃

Through wind and hail, and more rain than conceivable...
Bart and Monty came in for their pre-Thanksgiving clean up! Baths, condition, blow dry...then LOTS of detangling on legs, and burr clover from their dog boarding escapades! Turkey bowties and toes nails, and these handsome lugs are ready to chow down! ❤️ 🦃

*Farley the Mal in for his nail trim! Happy boy LOVES this cooler weather, and was excited to share his enthusiasm! 😆
*Mr Cheater the TerrierX rescue got his crazies knocked down with a 3/4 BG reverse, and detail thinners! Man cologne and dapper tie for this guy!

Sh*tzu dog of the day- Missy! 3/4" blade guard to shorten up a bit...dang was she matted! Magic Spray, slicker brush and comb, LOTS of air, and we finally got it all! Topknot bow, spritz of Baby Powder Cologne and home she went!

Fun day, despite the rain!
*Maggie and Milo, the Aussiedoodles, came in for a bath, blowdry, and leg clean ups. Momma wants a winter coat, so no trims!
*Maya the mini Poodle in for a cleanup. After a good blowdry, the doodle blade NAILED her haircut! ❤️
*Chonker award of the day goes to Bentley the Golden. Mom works in the.Wine industry, and Mr. Hefty apparently LOVES the grape pomace- it was EVERYWHERE: toes, belly, chest, crotch- oy vey!! After a super scrubdown, blowdry, and 1.5" bladeguard trim down, we went after all the crush remnants!
All went home with bows or bandanas and a spritz!!!
