Meet Alayna!
Alayna has been working here at Greenlin for about two months now and we are so glad to have her as part of our team! At home Alayna has three dogs, a Pitty Mix named Brynn, a German Shepherd named Riyah, and a Corgi named Wyatt. Alayna’s hobbies outside of work include snowboarding, running, and taking her dogs for walks!
Here at Greenlin Alayna’s favorite thing to do is playing with the dogs outside and watching them have a blast running and playing! The thing she enjoys most about her job is meeting all kinds of different dogs and learning about each of their individual personalities. Alayna’s advice for a new team member would be, don’t be afraid to ask questions as the people who work at Greenlin are extremely helpful and nice!
Alayna considers her greatest accomplishment here at Greenlin to be learning how to cut dogs nails and perfecting the art of nail trimming. A fun fact about Alayna is that she is currently attending the University of Scranton and is going into her sophomore year pursuing a degree in accounting with a double minor in finance and business analytics.
Everyday Alayna brings her all to work with her here at Greenlin. Her caring, motivated, and patient personality certainly proves to serve her well at work! We couldn’t be happier to have her as part of the Greenlin family!

July’s Pet of the Month is Fred!
Fred is a 4 year old Pembroke Welsh Corgi! He has been coming to Greenlin for a year now and he absolutely loves it! While at Greenlin, he loves playing with his other dog friends and getting lots of attention from the staff. When Fred is at home, his perfect day includes napping in the sun with his cute little legs in the air. He also loves getting his favorite snacks, which are: cucumbers, red peppers, carrots, and apples. Fred’s perfect day consists of taking lots of naps and enjoying his tasty treats in his enrichment puzzle toy and going for a car ride to the river/trail for a nice walk. Fred’s fun fact as a corgi is that he can have a hard time going downstairs. We love having Fred be a part of our Greenlin Family!

Meet the Staff Spotlight for the Month of July, Taem!
Taem has been working at Greenlin Hershey for a little over a month. Making connections with all the different dogs and getting to know their individual personalities is one of the things she loves most about working at Greenlin. She also loves getting to know the dogs owners as well! Taem enjoys interacting in all the different activities we provide like snuffle mats, toy-time, and the pool. Her favorite activity is playing chuck it with the dogs! Her advice for a new team member is to take it one day at a time! She find joy in this job! Outside of work, she enjoys going shopping with her friends and spending time at the beach! Taem has a pup of her very own named Kova. Kova is a Bullmastiff One fun fact about Taem is that she was born on a leap year! Greenlin Hershey is super happy to have her on our team!

We’re a family-owned business and have been providing superior pet care for over 15 years. We’ve been chosen for Harrisburg Magazine’s “Simply The Best” award for ten years and counting.

Each facility is climate-controlled and has the most sophisticated safety and wellness systems to ensure happy and healthy pets. Not only are we all pet lovers at Greenlin, but all of our team members also have the most advanced, formal pet care training to ensure the highest standards of safety and care in the area. Our caregivers are fully trained in pet first aid and CPR. Each day, your baby will receive a comprehensive wellness check from our caregivers which will give you total peace of mind that he/she is well cared for.

We know that each pet is unqiue and each owner knows their pet best. So, we keep our base lodging rate as low as possible, to allow our pet parents to choose the level of activity that’s best for their pet child. Our experience has shown that high levels of interaction and physical activity result in happier and healthier pets, especially when they’re away from home.
