Happy news to share about Dr. Marissa! 💍She is recently engaged to the nicest guy who is also a veterinarian! 🩺 Dr. Kevin Greenberg is an equine vet and we are excited to celebrate their engagement. 🎉
💞 Dr. Marissa asked her dog Oink to be her Dog of Honor, and Oink is such a good girl, she even balanced the engagement ring on her adorable nose! 💗 Oink has a rare liver disease called copper storage disease where she can’t process copper normally. Through this diagnosis in her own pet, Dr. Marissa has developed a passion for it and has done a lot of dietary research to help future patients of hers. 🐾 Yorkies are her favorite dog breed (she has 3!) and she will always steal a yorkie patient for cuddles when she sees one at our hospital. 🐾 Charlie is a 14 year old canine rehabilitation patient with us. He was hurting after slipping off a recliner at home. Laser therapy on his front right shoulder is helping coupled with doing guided stretches. Then his underwater treadmill sessions help strengthen him all over because this senior still loves to run around outside!
