Today is Rainbow Bridge Remembrance Day, a time to honor and remember the pets who are no longer with us. We will always remember the joy, love, and companionship they brought into our lives. Though they’re gone, their memory lives on in our hearts. Little Landmines always makes a donation to a rescue of their choice when a client's beloved fur kid crosses the bridge. We are super excited to support another local small business at Corner Grounds Cafe in Odessa! Dogs and coffee? What could be better! We also love VidaVet Urgent Care, as they were wonderful to us this past February when our elder pug was ill with pneumonia. Great local businesses! Go check them out this Friday at the event! We are planning on making an appearance with Maple the French Bulldog and she might have some Little Landmines goodies with her!

This is new to us! Poo DNA for repeat offenders of not picking up after their pups. This is at a neighborhood in Lewes, down in Sussex County. Very interesting approach!

One of the best things about working for a business like ours, that doesn't have a brick and mortar "location", but instead works on the road, is that we have the flexibility and ability to multitask while we work. Over the summer, it can be tough when summer school is out for our son, Dylan. Dylan is nonverbal autistic, and his need for a routine is imperative. We like to stay busy! Today, we had a few yards to cover for some techs out on vacation, and helped out by delivering for Meals on Wheels! It's so rewarding and a great chance for Dylan to practice his social skills and community service. If anyone ever wants anymore information, let us know! They can always use more help!

Have you heard of Beacon, the Golden Retriever? He is one of the official therapy dogs for the Olympics. Therapy dogs like Beacon play an essential role in providing emotional support and comfort to athletes, coaches, and staff during the games. They help alleviate stress, anxiety, and homesickness, offering a calming presence in a high-pressure environment!

Hi all! We just wanted to share again our scholarship fund.

Just a little background, since we ourselves are not a non-profit organization, we used the Bold Foundation, which is a a 501(c)(3) non-profit (Federal Tax ID #84-2719715). They do the heavy lifting for us to be able to give away the scholarship(s). We personally funded $1,000 from Little Landmines for our first place winner, and are hoping to raise another $500 for a second place winner through donor contributions. Everything is tax deductible and we appreciate any help! Can we get to $500? Please share and even $5 adds up. Many hands make light work!

This fundraiser will support students from Delaware and Maryland who are pursuing careers that involve animals. We're excited to leverage our community to support as many students as possible!
