Shelters and rescues across the country hope those looking to adopt a new furry friend will consider adding a senior pet to the family this month. If you care about sweet senior animals, then please help spread the word throughout November. We can help older pets find homes together.

Good evening friends, family, and fans of Paws and People Too.

On behalf of Paws and People Too, I want to extend my sincerest apologies for any negative experiences that any of our clients may have encountered with the company recently.
I realize that during the last few months there have been days where the salon has been closed unexpectedly, my staff (my siblings) and I have been late, and your fur children have taken longer than usual getting completed. I first want to say that I understand your frustration, no one, including myself enjoys being inconvenienced in such a manner.
As all of our loyal and tenured clients know, at Paws and People Too, we pride ourselves on giving our 100% every day to ensure that our customers’ needs are being met. I know that we have let you down recently, and for that we are very sorry.
After all the employees left we have been going our absolute best to keep up with everyone’s needs and it has hurt us. One of my siblings went back to her own job and my brother and I have worked ourselves to the point where we have had to go to the hospital. I know that you all have many questions and want to know what happened and what the future holds. So, I will be answering all those questions tomorrow live on Facebook at 1pm.

To all the clients that had appointments that may have been missed and/or sent home with out being completed you will be contacted within the next few days to get your appointments rescheduled for this week or the next, with an added on “inconvenience discount”.

Again I apologize for everything that has happened and hope that my explanation tomorrow will help us all understand each other a little better. We have also added a new groomer to the family! Some of you know her and some of you will get to know her and we will be introducing Caitlin to you all some time next week.
We thank all of you who have been patient and understanding with my brother and I. I look forward to speaking to you all tomorrow.

We have made it to last day of trying to keep up with all the appointments that were left from the groomers who left. My siblings and I have worked tirelessly to make sure that all your dogs were cleaned and look amazing. These past two weeks have been a lot but we fought and made it through. We thank you for your patience and understanding. And we love you for sticking with us. I’m truly blessed to have a supportive family and amazing clients. 🥰🥰🥰
I’ll be going live to address all questions and concerns sometime this week.

P.S. if someone could send us lunch today we would appreciate it so much. (Sometimes we forget to eat lol)

I would like to send a huge thank you!! To my family that came in to help make sure we kept things going at the salon. ☺️ I can’t even lie.. without them I may have given up. But they came in and worked hard to make sure I was able to keep up with all of your appointments last week and will continue to be here to help out. We have had 25-30 appointments everyday since last week Tuesday and we couldn’t reschedule because we are almost booked to June. We have been here 7am to 10pm all last week and will continue to do it this week. We thank you for understanding and your patience with what’s going on. I love them so much and I love all my clients. You all have been VERY supportive. 😊😊
