**HOURS OF OPERATION - THANKSGIVING HOLIDAY**

A reminder that we are closed to medical services on Thanksgiving across all our locations. If your pet is having an emergency and needs care, please contact one of the emergency facilities listed here: https://www.newportanimalhospital.com/faqs/

We are also closing our Middletown location at 2pm on Saturday, November 30 for required site maintenance. Please plan accordingly! Our Jamestown location, (Jamestown Animal Clinic) will also be CLOSED for maintenance Saturday, November 30.

Meet Boo and Wynnie!

Boo is a male tuxedo, approximately 8wks old, 2.8lbs. He's got a medium length coat and he's SO incredibly soft. He's a curious, chatty boy, who LOVES cuddles and to be wherever you

Wynnie is female tortie, approximately 8wks old, 2lbs. She's a petite girl who squeaks occasionally and has THE cutest little face. She's also curious and loves to play. She'll let Boo investigate before making an appearance but wherever he goes, she's tailgating.

These two are not siblings BUT they are extremely bonded. They nap together and Wynnie likes to groom Boo for a good 15min before settling in next to (or on top of) him. We'd like this pair to be adopted TOGETHER. There is a discounted adoption fee when adopting more than one kitten.

Boo and Wynnie will be up to date on all vaccinations and spayed/neutered prior to adoption. For any additional info, please call The Newport Animal Hospital and ask for Dr. Pasierb.

Last week brought back the return of our Feline Friendly Fridays! Dr. Shields spent the day seeing only feline appointments in our new Annex location at the Middletown office.

It was a huge success, especially with our feline patients and their human family members! They were all seen in a quiet space with feline friendly staff members and did not have any anxieties due to barking/whining canines.

This is something we will continue to offer every Friday! If you have an anxious kitty or would prefer to be seen on one of these days instead, just let our staff know and we will get you and your feline family member scheduled!

Meet Brady! He came in today for a routine exam with Dr. Bosworth and made sure to show off his Halloween costume. Brady once took a 6oz filet mignon off the kitchen counter and devoured it in 60 seconds!

This year’s Potter League Heart and Sole walk team: The Lisa Walkers! Our Newport Animal Hospital staff did such an amazing job representing our hospital and the support we give to The Potter League! We had several Potter Staff approach us impressed at the size of our team and the amount of money we were able to raise: a grand total of $2717.53 making us the 4th place team!

It was a beautiful day to participate in this walk and we all had an amazing time with our families, friends, and furry family members! Thank you to everyone who donated to our team and to everyone who found us at the walk! It was nice to see everyone’s pups happy, healthy, and excited to see us (since we weren’t wearing our scrubs or doctor’s coats!). Definitely a day to remember and we can’t wait to do it again next year!
