CANCELLATION POLICY: If for some reason you're unable to make a scheduled appt. please cancel via phone or text 24 Hrs. before your appt. This allows for the appt slot to be available for other clients. NO-SHOWS- a $30 fee for late notice of cancellation, all No-show/No-call appts. will be charged for all missed appts. GROOMING SERVICES: Pets certainly know when they are clean and looking good. They are happier, healthier, and more outgoing! They feel good! A normal groom for an average sized dog usually takes 90 min. up to 2 Hrs. If you have a LG dog, or a long coated/curly dog, like a Doodle or Aussie, please call so additional time can be allowed to properly groom your pup if needed. All prices are starting prices, they may change or increase depending on time required to groom. Each dog is different in size and coat type. There are many variables in pet grooming: amount of time required, brushing, de-shedding, long or short hair, if the hair is matted and tangled, degree of matting, difficulty of the cut, disposition of the animal, drying time, and size of pet. Happy to quote you a price range before grooming. Unlike most pet salons, everything is included in the price! VACCINE POLICY: Your Veterinarian contact information is required for our records. All pets must have current up-to-date shots, including rabies, DHLPPC, and Bordetella (kennel cough). If your pet is not feeling well or sick, please kindly reschedule your appt to a better day for the protection of your groomer and other dog clients.
