Lucy's F1b medium goldendoodles--the GIRLS 😍
Yellow: Pictures #1-3. Yellow has a beautiful apricot coat with some white on her chest. She loves laying on her back already.

Pink: Pictures #4-6. Pink also has an apricot coat with a smaller white spot on her chest. She's the first in her litter to start opening one eye today ❤️

Birth announcement!
Lucy gave birth to these cuties on Wednesday, July 31st. They are all about the snuggles and Mama's milk 🥰 They are expected to be medium F1b Goldendoodles averaging 40 lbs full grown. We have a mixture of colors- apricots, creams, and 1 red. Some of the apricots have white on their chests!!! Stay tuned for more pictures coming later in the week.

Right now, we are closely monitoring mom and puppies to ensure everyone is resting, relaxing, and eating as much as they'd like.

They will be ready to visit around September 7th and can potentially go home (pending vet approval) at the end of September.

Meet Lucy! She is a medium apricot/cream F1 Goldendoodle who is sweet, fun, playful, and super laid back. She loves to snuggle and be with her people and is happy to go with the flow.

She has bred with Oliver, a moyen sized AKC poodle (see last picture). He is outgoing, friendly, gentle, and easygoing. He even has passed his international therapy certification!

We are looking forward to incredible temperaments with this pairing and can't wait to meet them! We expect the F1b Goldendoodle puppies to be medium in size and average 40 lbs. Lucy and Oliver both carry the "parti" gene, which means we have the potential for a variety of colors--red, apricot, cream, red abstract, and MAYBE parti!!

Summer is HERE! And it is HOT 🥵 Puppies love converging in on the same water bowl and getting their cute little faces all wet 🥰

They are now on a schedule for eating, play, crate, and nap. Puppies thrive on a routine and knowing what to expect. It also helps our families as puppies transition into their new homes!

Crate training is going well and vet visit went great! All the puppies did well in their car ride as well 😊

Puppies from Sadie and Wylie's litters had a fun time playing together 🥰

Last night's thunderstorm was a little scary, but we made it through! One of the benefits of a summer puppy is that they often are exposed to windy and stormy weather sounds before they go home. It helps give them a better foundation for handling future storms 🙂

We are 5 weeks old! Time is FLYING by and these little nuggets are growing so fast. This weekend we introduced them to the tunnel and they had so much fun!

Weeks 3-7 of puppies are so important for their social development. Although a lot of time is spent with mom, litter mates, and sleeping, it's a crucial time to expose them to new experiences and sensations in a safe and comfortable environment. Socialization for puppies is not just hanging out with friends (although that's important too!), it's also about having positive experiences with the world around them 🥰

Penny's puppies are 2 weeks old! Our little one absolutely LOVES them. Every morning he has to say "Hi" and give "pets" to the "babies" ❤️ before starting his day.

They are almost done with their ENS and ESI exercises and their eyes are just starting to peek open 🤩

Penny is doing great! She is getting food around the clock along with some salmon oil and extra supplements to help her body recover and nourish the puppies. Did you know that they lose hair just like we (human mamas) do after giving birth? We want the best for both Mama and puppies and that's why we are intentional about what nutrition we give them to support their changing bodies 🙂.

We love to eat, sleep, and snuggle with mom!

Penny is officially pregnant with Charlie's puppies. The pairing between Penny and Charlie have always been a favorite with red, medium F1b goldendoodles. This is her retirement litter and your last opportunity to get one of these cuties 🥰

Introducing Theodore (aka Teddy) as the newest member of the Alger Farm pack. He is from our most recent poodle litter (Sadie and Rooster) and is destined to be our next future stud.

He is estimated to be 20-25 lbs full grown and is a fluffy ball of love. Teddy loves to cuddle and snuggle, but can definitely hold his own playing with the "big dogs". He is incredibly sweet and just wants to be with everyone. He already follows Liam around on our adventures and it's the cutest 🥰❤️☺️

Had fun doing a mini photo shoot with a couple months ago. We are working on updating our website during our little break in between litters. Expect to see puppy photos again in January 🥰

Of course, no event with dogs is complete without some sort of mishap. Ellie and Penny decided they wanted to take a dip in the pond before posing for some of their photos 🤣

11/16 Update: Mr. Dark Blue has found his forever home!

Little "Mr. Dark Blue" is a beautiful red abstract poodle. He is fun, playful, and confident. He enjoys exploring his surroundings and is always up for a good time, but once he settles in your lap he is there to stay and cuddle!

Genetic test estimates his adult weight will be 25 lbs. He has had his vet check, is up to date on vaccines and deworming, and goes home with a 2 year health guarantee, 30 days puppy insurance, and can be registered with AKC.
