I am so excited to be speaking at the Friends of WTX Rescue Conference this Saturday! If you are unable to attend but would still like pointers for photographing pets within your rescue or personal pets, please let me know. I now have a power point which actually serves as a mini manual to pet photography. 🐾📸🐱
My love for animals and photography began at a young age and what better way to follow my passion than to be an animal photographer! Hello, I am Tasha Sport and 8 years ago after following rescues on Facebook and sending donations for vetting and transport I decided to dive in head first to rescue world. Over the past 8 years I have had the pleasure of serving as VP for Project Freedom Ride, Executive Director for Midland Humane Coalition and am currently president of the Midland Animal Advisory Committee. I’ve had the pleasure of working with amazing rescues and individuals but with every opportunity I've always resorted
back to offering my photography skills and finally decided to focus my rescue efforts solely on photography. The life of a shelter pet or animal looking for a forever home can be transformed by a single photo. Many times for these animals a beautiful first impression will be the difference in being adopted or spending more days without a family. I volunteer weekly at the Midland Animal Shelter, monthly for Midland Humane Coalition and any time I am asked by local rescues. I am a proud member of Heart Speak and The Tilly Project.
