No Show Fee of $70.00 per pet will be charged to your account if you do not call to cancel or reschedule your appointment at least 12 hours in advance.We want to continue to help as many patients as we can per day, when you NO show to an appointment, this prevents a pet that may need urgent medical attention, from being seen and treated because all appointment slots are filled. Please be kind and Cancel your appointment if you can't make it, so another client/Patient can.

Also, there is now a $70.00 deposit for all New Clients, this deposit must be made at the time you schedule your appointment. This deposit is Non-refundable, The deposit is applied to your account as an account credit for your upcoming appointment, you are allowed to reschedule one time, if you cancel or you No show for your appointment, you Forfeit your deposit.

Friendly reminder, Rabies Vaccines are required for all patients.

It is the clients responsibility to bring proof of the Vaccine, call your prior vet to retrieve proof/vaccine records, or email proof/Vaccine records prior to your appointment.

If you do not provide proof/Vaccine records prior to your appointment time, we will either have to reschedule your appointment to a later date so you are able to collect proof, or you have the option to get the rabies vaccination. Clients are given this choice as they check in.

No refunds will be given if you choose to receive the Vaccine instead of rescheduling, regardless if you find and bring in records later, after your appointment is already finished.

If you come to your appointment and tell us your pet needs rabies vaccine, and it is given per your request, no refund will be given if you later find records of your pet already receiving it elsewhere.

It is the clients responsibility to bring any and all medical records, Vaccine records, or EC records, etc., our staff is not responsible to collect your records for you.

Our staff will not call to get your medical, Vaccine, EC records. Please keep this in mind.

Now hiring- 1 Full Time Tech Assistant/Kennel Tech must be able to lift up to 50lbs, work under pressure and in stressful situations, Cleaning Experience, and able to work with Cats and Dogs of all sizes. Experience in Vet Med is a huge plus, but not needed, we will train the right people!

We are also hiring- 2 Full time Receptionists Experience with the following is a must- booking and, scheduling clients, taking payments, answering multi-line phones, attention to details, works well under pressure and in stressful situations.

We are looking for Caring, loving, compassionate, empathetic, hard working, detail oriented, reliable, energetic, quick learning, motivated people to join our extremely busy team!

Must be a team player, willing to learn new things, and take initiative to help throughout the clinic. Must be able to handle extremely challenging situations in a calm and professional manner. Must be able to multitask, follow directions, and think on the spot.

All applicants will under go a Full Background check and Drug Screen.

Experience in Vet Med preferred, but will train the right people.

Super Excited!!! Here are the details of our Rescue Spay/Neuter day (Future name for these events are MACH-Paw Days)
Held on March 7th 2024

We did 33 procedures
All Feral, Stray's or Rescues
14 Female Spays
5 were Pregnant
19 Neuters
1 was a Cryptorchid Abdominal.

Cat Wranglers provided the Microchips
BI and Elanco donated all the Vaccines

Our Amazing Clients donated $63.71 which went 100% towards the Cat Wranglers account to help them cover their cost.

We are having a HUGE response, and so many excited people, We are so very grateful to be given the opportunity to help with the feral populations and our communities!

Our Next Event will be held April 9th AND 15th, spots are already booking up quickly, please call 432-694-2537 to pay your $40.00 fee and reserve your spot.

Reminder these events are for Feral, Stray, Rescued, and homeless pets only, No personal pets at this time Please.

Our purpose is to help the area rescues to control the abundance of strays and Ferals, to help those stray and ferals be able to have a happier healthier life, be vaccinated, microchipped and hopefully find their forever homes.

MACH-Paw Days
APRIL 9TH AND APRIL 15TH
These events are for Area Rescues, Feral, Stray, and Homeless cats.

Help us trap and catch the area stray cats to be brough in and fixed to help prevent unwanted and unexpected feral Pregnancies. Help us control the feral population, and improve the lives of the stray cats out there.

These events include the Spay or Neuter surgery, a 3yr Rabies, FRCP, and FeLV vaccines, as well as Microchips.

We have partnered with the area rescue groups such as Midland Cat Wranglers and hope to work with the other rescues in the areas.

We are also in the works to be hosting Canine (Dog) clinics, please watch our page for updates and announcements.
