We were FINALLY able to get 4 does to breed last weekend! We should have DH babies galore at the end of this month!
I don't think we're bringing enough bunnies to the show, do you?
Look at Jack coming into his own and learning patience and restraint!! He completely ignored that lamb and focused on the mama. He didn't hurt anyone, he just walked into the mama sheep and told her, "you're gonna move." His trainer had been using a border Collie to move sheep, and this particular sheep didn't respect the Collie at all, so Laura said she "had to bring in the 'big guns'".
Jack is really maturing and learning more patience.
YESSS!! Jack is beginning to show more patience!!
He says: these frickin lambs have no clue how to sheep!
From the Aspen x Psycho litter. We would have never imagined Psycho would produce such mellow babies with BIG personalities. The one up in the hay rack we are definitely keeping regardless of whether it's male or female. Yesterday we had both in the house to play and that one decided it loved running down the hallway to a bedroom only to turn around and run right back to the play pen, over and over. That one is fearless and smart!
Jack helping Laura with her goats.
Here's another one of Jack working the goats and learning patience. โค๏ธ
Jack doesn't like working with goats. Laura says they make him nervous, but consistently working with them and the geese is slowly teaching him more patience.
Katniss thoroughly enjoys her outside time. โค๏ธ She's a mismark we're keeping to see how she grows out. So far she has a really nice body. We can't show her but we may breed her.
We let our junior bucks out to play as well. โค๏ธ
It's a beautiful day so we let a couple of our junior does out to play. Katniss (the smaller black and white one) was letting the older doe know who is BOSS.
And here's an obligatory video of Willow being awesome for Laura.
